Account registration switched to manual

Due to high amount of SPAM account registrations, registration has been switched to manual mode. Registration by e-mail will be restored once proper anti-SPAM features will be implemented.

Under normal circumstances accounts should be activated within 24 hours at worst.

If anyone has problems with downloading plugin code due to GitHub geoblocking, please leave support ticket. It will be resolved on first request. The code is meant to be FOSS, not partly-FOSS.
