Preparing new release¶

1. Merge all outstanding branches into master, close corresponding issues.
2. Checkout master branch. All subsequent operations will be performed there.
3. Update source:README.md: update Features and Changelog.
4. Bump plugin version number in source:init.rb.
5. Commit/push changes.
6. Create and push git tag with new version number:
   

   $ git tag -a 1.1
   $ git push origin 1.1
   

7. Update plugin information on https://redmine.org/plugins/issue-recurring
